ACCESS CONSCIOUSNESS® – THE BARS – There are 32 Access points on the head. When the points are touched, the channels or Bars are opened up and there is a release of all of that self-imposed, societal conditioning. Melt away stress, anxiety, trauma, and other negative emotions and thought patterns in a BARS session. We give the soul permission to expand again. Free of judgment and limitations, clients are able see all of the fresh possibilities that life has to offer.

Access Consciousness® is a life changing process, founded in the 1990’s by Gary M. Douglas of Santa Barbara, CA, USA. He works closely now with good friend, Dr. Dain Heer, to constantly evolve the method in tune with the collective consciousness. The practice has become a world wide phenomenon as it continues to change lives!
